O’Grady, owner of Warrenton Auto & Marine, helped organize the tree lighting and did much of the labor decorating the city for Christmas, including putting up the tree.

Warrenton Business Association board member Krista Bingham, owner of Serendipity Deli, serves hot cocoa, cider and other refreshments to the crowd.

Thousands of residents attended the community barbecue put on by the city’s firefighters, the Fourth of July Parade and the Old Fashioned Fourth family fun fair at Community Park.

Grand Marshal Gillian Maggert rides in the back of Sonny & Diane Collier’s Model T. Maggert, who recently moved from the area, organized the parade for 8 years.

Astoria Clowns ride bikes down Main Avenue as part of their entry in the 2009 parade. They were awarded the most entertaining entry.
